  Bought a laptop from here and purchased the expensive 2 year warranty. The laptop died (the ram died) and I brought it into the store to get it fixed with the warranty. They told us the warranty was with Lenovo. It wasnt. We called office max and tried to get it fixed a second time, they said the warranty was through a 3rd party we needed to contact. We contacted them and they said they couldn't find the warranty. I called office max for a THIRD TIME and the guy said he can't do anything unless I bring it in. But I brought it in the first time and they did nothing. Do not buy anything needing a warranty from here if you don't want to spend over a month trying to get the warranty service you already paid for.

  I have shopped in this store for the last 6.5 years. They are always helpful, friendly and they take the time to walk me to find an item in the store. If they are out of stock or carried online only, they offer to walk me to a computer and order and ship to me next day.
