  The store is huge and cashiers are few. Staff is usually knowledgeable and very helpful adding tips and asking good questions. Why only 3 stars then? If they want to compete with on-line services they need to improve the shopping experience. A store that big should provide aisle information on Google Maps or create their own location service. There should be more cashiers and more ways to get in and out. A visit always takes much longer than anticipated. Why dividing entrance and exit? Being able to go in and out closer to the aisle that I need and being able to locate that aisle on a map would make a visit much more pleasant. Adding more doors would shorten visits, adding a drive through to pick up stuff that was pre-ordered would make the store really competitive with on-line stores, having a real help desk that is doing more than returns (as I said above the store has helpful employees why not using that capital?) so I don't have to wander the aisles hoping to find an employee.

  We purchased a dryer and washer here. We were quickly greeted and helped. Within a few minutes, we had our appliances and we were headed home. The only negative was the checkout process . The cashier was very slow. And I know they have to push the extended warranty but come on, washer and dryers are cheap. No one needs the warranty.
