  I had a very positive experience at the La-Z-boy store in Hoover, AL. Renee worked diligently with me, above and beyond to make sure I had just what I wanted. I live in another state, so when I was in town to pick up my chair, the warehouse was closed. She saw to it that someone would come to the warehouse and get my chair for me. Once I got it home, I wasn’t sure it was the right size, so I bothered Renee again. She was willing to do whatever it took for me to be satisfied. I decided to keep the chair. It is very comfortable and I am extremely satisfied with the product and services I received.
