  08-11-2017 Very poor customer service. They don't stand behind their diamond rings . We purchased a wedding ring on 07-13-17. The ring band broke and one diamond fell out. They would not repair it unless we paid $275.00 for repairs. . Don't use them!!!! Diamond World Gwinnett Place Mall

  Wow, I was shocked to read all the bad reviews for this place on here. Hell my experience with them was awesome. I went to get my engagement ring here recently using an awesome diamond I had for the center piece. He gave me great information on the quality of the diamond and the staff were very helpful in finding me the perfect setting for the diamond. I paid for the ring in two payments and literally two business days after I paid the ring in full I got a call from Mark telling me that my ring was ready to pick up. The thing was absolutely beautiful. The appraisal I got along with it looked top notch and the box and everything were classy. Not to mention the setting was around five hundred bucks under regular price. Mark is a little different, that is true but seemed extremely knowledgeable and wanted to help out as much as he could. When my fiancée and I went in to look at bands and get our ring sizes correct after I initially took my engagement ring order to him we decided to look at wedding bands. He went through books with us for almost an hour until we found what we wanted and he ordered them in our size with no money down. Sorry that the others had bad experiences with Diamond World but mine was great and thank everyone from Mark to the very nice girl helping him for it.
