- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 26, 2020, by al moorFloor was installed poorly. Areas would of flooring would come apart. Went to store multiple times to speak with manager/owner. He would not return calls. Finally returned call and sent someone but floor was never fixed correctly. Love the floor but the installation was terrible. The floor is very pretty but the service/installation AFTER installation is terrible! Great service before flooring was purchased.
