  Yeah I'm one of those people, I love Costco! They are pretty good selection of items. Anything I'm going to use in bulk at a discounted price is always nice. I like their food court upfront, great price for the size. And it doesn't hurt that they have free samples quite often

  Love this place! Lots of food samples when you visit at prime times like Saturday mornings! YUM! Try it before you buy it! This place is popular and it's insanely busy on the weekends. Long lines but they push you through quickly. People! > There are more places to buy gas other than COSTCO! Long, long gas lines on the weekend. To solve that problem, just go during the week, and get the GasBuddy app to see the gas price competition. COSTCO has some great merchandise. If you love a product don't wait too long to go back and get it, b/c it will be gone! Nice food bar with fast service.

  Generally, we are provided with accurate information however we called the previous day to ask about holiday hours and was informed by the rep. that the store would open at 9 am per the holiday season. We show up at 9 with about 20-30 other people and they were still closed. I called the store and I was informed by another rep that the store opens at 10 but they could have a soft opening earlier if they “recover” from the previous day. My frustration increased when we see from our cars the door opened for a few people but was closed again quickly as we made our way to the door. Another customer from outside called the store and was told the same information that I had just been told. She stated that she would go to Sam’s because they were opened! We are new to the Costco family but this is making us rethink our choice! As I have worked retail before, I understand the demands especially around the holiday seasons but this is a concern. Does recovery not take place at night and earlier than an hour prior to opening the store. I am certain that no one will read this but this was a bad experience. Lesson learned that my time is only valuable to me!
